 Our Residential Signature Service is always a Smart Choice.  We have designed our service programs and packages to ensure that you get exactly the coverage that you need.  We know that our customers have very different needs and our service packages anticipate this.

Core Service:  All of our Signature Service Residential customers have a basic level of protection for their homes.  This consists of the most commonly encountered pests and the assurance from University that those pests will never be a problem for you.  These pests include: Ants, Roaches, Earwigs, Spiders and Crickets.

Your Signature Service plan is created on your initial/intensive visit. The Signature Service Plan is a highly customized service protocol, driven by the best technology our industry has to offer. It features a hand-held computer component that guides your Pest Management Professional through the process.  We use bar-code technologies as part of our service protocol to ensure that each and every concern is addressed.

Accountability

Your Signature Service ticket is stored online. Your digital receipt will be available shortly after service is completed. This details exactly what was done and puts a time stamp of each action. You will have the option of generating customized reports from each and every monitoring device, each and every bar-coded station on your property - all online, and at your fingertips.

Custom Designed Packages and Programs

Instead of providing you with an inflexible, static service program, we custom design your service programs and packages to reflect exactly what you need. At the time of the initial/intensive Signature Service, our Pest Management Professional will create a customized map of your home, and will place and graph all monitoring devices. Notes specific to your needs will be made and entered so that all future service visits will comply with your custom protocol.

No-Hassle Billing

Each month we will charge your credit card for the Signature Services you and your family has received. You will never receive a bill, you will never receive a late notice and you will never receive a call from our office regarding your balance.* No checks to write, no envelopes to fill out and no due dates to keep track of.

Termite Coverage

You may elect to include a Termite Coverage option. While your Signature Service is being performed, monitoring devices specially designed to determine the presence of termites will be used. These computer aided, methane detection devices reveal the presence (or absence) of termites, near and around your home. When termites are found in or around your home, we will address that issue for you, at no additional charge. To stop this termite activity, an appropriate, targeted treatment will be performed, utilizing the best termiticides and the finest delivery equipment available.
